Why I Love Yoga

– Every class is a challenge.
– It makes me sweat buckets.
– No loud music unlike other group exercises.
– Most of the poses are easy on my knees.
– I have two left feet so the simple, static moves are easy to follow.
– The poses make me concentrate on myself not on others.
– It stretches my inner muscles particularly those on my back.
– It does not only make you lose weight and improve your strength, it also makes you flexible and improves balance.
– I feel and see an improvement but sometimes there will be off days.
– I usually feel uncomfortable before each session but I always feel great afterwards even if I wasn’t able to do all the poses.
