I am slowly practicing headstands every week but I need assistance from the teacher in getting and staying up. Also, I need someone to tell me what I am doing wrong. My headstand today was much better yesterday, less wobbly and more straight.

As for handstands, I am quite stuck in getting up. The usual advise to getting into a handstand is by kicking one leg up but my lower body always feel heavy so I fall back down. Trying to jump several times is also exhausting so I give up after several false starts. See the video below from Kino MacGregor, she does the kicking up one leg in the first attempt. On the second attempt, she brings both knees to her torso before going up. This is almost same as how I get into a headstand, I just need to put more force and practice against a wall or someone. Let me try!
