  1. I love the Chronicles of Prydain when I was younger. I’m apprehensive on a re-read though; I don’t want to ruin the wonderful fantasies of my childhood favorites like I did with re-reading A Wrinkle in Time.

    • If I read this book when I was much younger, I would have probably liked it more. My tastes have changed since I have grown older. Hey, what are you reading these days? I tried reading The Road since I was inspired by your blog entry but with my current health situation it was not the most suitable thing.

      • I just posted an update! 🙂

The Road is a struggle to get through because the subject matter is so heavy. I was glad it was a short book because a few more pages of that would probably give me health problems. My last reading of it was actually my second attempt! I hope you’re feeling better.

      • I saw your update. Unlike you I really enjoyed The Ocean at the End of the Lane. Still it is as not mind blowing as Sandman. I am almost finished with 1Q84 so I know am looking for what books to read next!

      • I’m reading my first Brandon Sanderson! (Elantris). Also, still on the look out for a good regency romance read.

And hey, there’s a warehouse sale in National Bookstore Mango on the 14th-16th. 🙂

      • Wow thanks for the info! I will go there to see if there is any worth bringing home.
