A Mini-Retreat

I would like to take a day off for a mini-retreat. No need to go somewhere far, just stay in the city overnight and do the following:

  • Early morning yoga (Ashtanga or power yoga)
  • A green smoothie
  • A healthy lunch, maybe a vegetarian panini or a large filling salad
  • Read an engaging book
  • Afternoon nap
  • Relaxing evening yoga (yin yoga or fly yoga)
  • Indulge in a slice of dark chocolate cake
  • Full body massage
  • Sleep in a comfortable bed with no alarm

During the entire day there will be no text, no internet, no Facebook.
